Romanian citizenship: API reference, routes and examples

A citizenship dossier by number

GET/v1/citizenship/lookup

Romanian citizenship (ANC): a dossier number in any usual spelling (`12345/RD/2022`, `12345/2022`, `dosar RD 12345 2022`) or an order (`ordin 1054/P/2025`). The state, the order, the oath day and hour, how long it has waited, the estimate with its basis, one line in the request's language, and the links to ANC's PDF and the catalog's pages. A number no list names yet gets `not_found` with its month's estimate. `as_of` is the date of ANC's data: newer lists reach Satelit only through its inbox. Numbers only: these lists hold no names. Costs 1 credit.

Citizenship numbers

GET/v1/citizenship/stats

The backlog per article and per registration year, the dossiers solved per month (24 months up to the newest status list), the orders ANC signed per month, the median wait to the order (orders of the year before the newest) and to the oath, the registration months the newest orders solve, the estimate's basis, the newest orders. With `month`, the estimate for the dossiers filed then. Costs 2 credits.

Citizenship status lists

GET/v1/citizenship/years

Every status list ANC publishes, one per article and registration year: its dossiers, how many are solved, the day of its newest copy and its page. Costs 1 credit.

One status list

GET/v1/citizenship/years/{slug}

A status list (`11-2022`): its numbers, its registration months with their medians and estimates, the terms by month, the orders that solved it, and its dossiers by number a page at a time: `after` is the last `number` of the page before, `next` is null on the last page. Costs 2 credits per 200 rows.

Citizenship orders

GET/v1/citizenship/orders

ANC's orders newest first, of an article and a period: number, date, how many dossiers and persons, ANC's PDF and the order's page. `before` is the `next` of the page before. Costs 2 credits per 50 rows.

One citizenship order

GET/v1/citizenship/orders/{order}

An order by its slug (`1054-p-2025`, the `slug` of `/citizenship/orders`; a number as people write it goes to `/citizenship/lookup?q=ordin 1054/P/2025`): its date and article, its dossiers by registration year and domicile (annex 1 abroad, 2 in Romania), the minors it names, ANC's PDF, and its rows in its own order a page at a time (`after` is the last `seq`). Costs 2 credits per 200 rows.
