What you can do
- You may use the data in your app, site or report, within your plan. For sources read from public pages, read the section below.
- You can show the data to people and cache it on your server.
- You can calculate something new from it: indexes, alerts, charts.
What you cannot do
- You cannot resell the raw data without a written agreement: you do not put it in another API or in a dataset for sale.
- You cannot present the data as published by someone else.
- You cannot get around the limits with several accounts.
Sources read from public pages
- Shop prices, tour offers, the flight schedule, rest places, the listings behind the real estate medians and the chains' lists are read from the public pages of their sources.
- We have no agreement with these sources. None of them is a partner of this API.
- We grant no licence over their data. We cannot give rights we do not hold. How you use this data is your own responsibility.
- Answers hold no people's phones or e-mail addresses, no owners' names, no photos and no logos.
meta.sourcessays where the rows of each answer come from. - Air fares come through an affiliate account, which is not a resale licence. Do not copy a catalogue through the API: searches stop at page 5.
- A source that does not want to appear writes to abuse@satelit.md. Once we switch it off, it leaves every answer within 10 seconds.
Attribution, by plan
When your plan requires it, meta.attribution has the exact line. You show it next to the data, with a link to satelit.md.

OpenStreetMap
Rows from /v1/places come from OpenStreetMap. You may use them commercially. On every plan, show © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL; the same licence applies to derived databases. A free copy, with no key, downloads from here:

Plans and agreements
Plans are activated on request, from the dashboard, and we reply by e-mail. The Enterprise plan has a written contract. For any other use, write to hello@satelit.md.
