The `due_at` field

The first moment, from publication on, when the Chisinau clock is inside the story's window. A morning story published at 21:00 has due_at at 06:00 the next day. Published inside its own window, or with no time of day, due_at is the time of publication.

What to show a reader now

GET /v1/news/now takes the reader's region and the cards they have already seen. It returns the stories that are due: of their region, of the region that contains it, and of the whole country. Order: the gravest band first; within a band, the reader's region, then the region that contains it, then the country; then gravity and date. Costs 2 credits.
